Overall, the setup could use more attention to individual traveler needs rather than focusing on groups.

The hot tub was a great way to unwind after a long hike. The vibe was chill, and I loved the coworking area with fast WiFi. Plenty of activities available, which kept things interesting.

We spent two nights in a charming standard room, surrounded by the incredible cloud forest. The onsite kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, but consider visiting the local market for better food options. Spotting toucans was a delightful surprise! Just be prepared for less-than-stellar service.

The small room I had was pretty cozy and minimal, which I liked. Never had to wait for the shared bathroom since it was always clean, and the shower pressure was solid. The bed was comfy too. Just a heads up though, it was a bit on the smaller side than I expected.
